All the resident said Brian's presentation on Bird ID and migration was amazing and couldn't believe how knowledgeable he was on the topic. He also didnt "talk down" to them. Sometimes we have people come in and they assume that our residents aren't fully independent and act a little childish so they loved that you treated them with respect.
